Daniele Cornacchia, an Italian chef born in 1985, is known for his cuisine that combines tradition and innovation. He started young in the restaurant business, first as a waiter and then as a chef, before opening the restaurant ‘Da Pako’ in Bruscoli in Mugello, which he ran successfully for 14 years. He has received prestigious awards such as the ‘Gran Premio Internazionale di Venezia’ and is now preparing for new culinary challenges. He is a member of the Regional Union of Tuscan Chefs and the Union of Florentine Chefs.
