Hub161, the curatorial circuit dedicated to promoting Italian excellence, was presented today in Milan, in the elegant setting of the Antica Cremeria Buonarroti. The new platform aims to connect the best of craftsmanship, sustainable design, hospitality, and gastronomic culture, with the goal of showcasing the true Made in Italy to a national and international audience.
The event was attended by Raffaella Verri Zorzi, founder of the project, Laura Scatena, head of communications and social media, Giuseppina Guggino, architect and owner of the historic Baglio del Gattopardo residence, and chef Alfio Ghezzi, a leading figure in fine dining on Lake Garda. The choice of the Cremeria as the venue for the presentation—refined, authentic, with a taste that stands the test of time—was intended to symbolically represent the culture of “whispered luxury” that the circuit aims to promote.
A network that combines hospitality, design, and gastronomic culture
Hub161 was created with a specific vision: to slow down, focus on care, detail, and substance, creating real connections between Italian businesses united by quality, research, and style. The circuit selects historic residences, design brands, boutique hotels, farmhouses, creative studios, and gastronomic companies capable of transforming tradition into culture and materials into experiences.
Through targeted communication strategies, institutional relationships, and shared projects, Hub161 amplifies the visibility of its partners, promoting growth and international collaborations. Each partnership is born from aesthetic affinity and vision, transforming into experiences and stories capable of making Italian beauty a narrative value and not just a brand.
The inspiration: a promise and a cultural heritage
The idea of Hub161 has its roots in the personal history of Raffaella Verri Zorzi:
“It all stems from a promise I made to my father,” she says, “who taught us about true beauty, the kind linked to art, culture, and gestures that last over time.”
Hence the intention to create a distinctive circuit, a symbol of authenticity, capable of bringing together and creating a dialogue between the best expressions of Italian design, hospitality, and craftsmanship.
Even the name of the project alludes to this vision: Hub161 refers to the golden ratio (1.618), the perfect proportion par excellence, a manifesto of balance and measure.
The next step: “Il Lusso Sussurrato” (Whispered Luxury)
Among the initiatives already announced, 2026 will see the launch of “Il Lusso Sussurrato”, a curatorial project dedicated to historic Italian residences. The aim is to build an exclusive circuit that promotes the national cultural heritage and brings it into dialogue with contemporary product design, generating an ecosystem of excellence that combines tradition, innovation, and identity.
An expanding ecosystem
Hub161 brings together accommodation facilities such as Baglio del Gattopardo, Castello di Rossino, Dimora Moncher, Tenuta Zamparina, Gioia Hotel Lampedusa, La Calandra Resort, Grand Hotel Majestic Verbania, Tenuta il Poggio, Villa Stecchini Resort, Villa Tuzzo, and Villino Ida.
In design, the circuit includes prominent names such as Eleit, Fornace Brioni, Hybrid & Icon, La Gallina Matta, La Pietra Compattata, Light on Root, Marcello Colombo, Marmi Regina, Mirei Monticelli, Oro di Sciacca, Pimar Limestone, SicilCima, Tessieri, and artist Tommaso Chiappa.
In the world of gastronomy, Hub161 welcomes excellences such as Feudo Mondello, Pasticceria Buonarroti Milano, Premiati Oleifici Barbera, and Romanengo1780.
All that remains to be said is:Long live Made in Italy!
