On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., in the prestigious Sala della Lupa of the Chamber of Deputies, the fifth edition of the Human Value Awards will be held, an event now recognized nationally for its commitment to bringing the most urgent and necessary aspect of our time back to the center of public debate: Human Value.
The award was born from a vision of Mauro Atturo, entrepreneur, CEO of Problem Solving—a leading outbound company for major Italian telecommunications companies—philanthropist, patron, film and theater producer. Atturo has developed an innovative business model, inspired by the principle of One Health, which integrates human well-being, attention to the environment, productivity, and corporate culture. An approach that puts the person before the role, valuing their history, potential, and needs, transforming the company into an ecosystem of shared growth and social impact.
This vision gave rise to the philosophy of Human Value, first as a management approach and then as an award that recognizes not only what is achieved, but also the emotions and intentions that guide our actions.
- The Human Value Awards (H.V.A.) have established themselves as a national and international observatory dedicated to Human Value, celebrating figures in art, sport, medicine, culture, institutions, and entertainment who have embodied a rare and profoundly transformative quality: humanity.
Over the course of the editions, the award has been given to Nobel Prize nominees, icons of entertainment, symbols of justice, sports champions, and personalities capable of inspiring entire generations. A mosaic of stories united by the same choice: to put human beings at the center, before success.
The evening will be hosted by Valeria Altobelli, an artist and musician who has been committed to solidarity for many years. During the event, a special tribute will be paid to Nicola Pietrangeli, the Italian tennis legend who was awarded the prize in previous editions and who recently passed away.
The “Human Value Talks: Observing Emotions” campaign
The 2025 edition marks a fundamental step in the history of the award: the launch of the awareness campaign in schools “Human Value Talks: observing emotions”, conceived by Mauro Atturo and implemented this year in collaboration with the Associazione Calciatori Attori Italiani O.D.V. (Italian Footballers’ Actors Association), founded by Pier Paolo Pasolini and now chaired by Domenico Fortunato.
The campaign was created to respond to an urgent need among young people and in schools: to give voice to silent emotions and fragilities that need to be heard. Starting in 2026, the project will bring meetings—including online meetings—to Italian schools and universities with the aim of stimulating reflection, dialogue, and emotional awareness among young people.
This initiative aims to generate a profound social impact: recognizing one’s own value and that of others is the first step in building a solid and successful future.
