The magic of music in Monteverdi Tuscany: a place where art, culture, and history intertwine in perfect harmony. Nestled among the rolling hills of the Val d’Orcia, this exclusive residence welcomes those in search of inspiration and beauty, offering an experience that goes far beyond hospitality. Monteverdi is a meeting point for artists, musicians, and creative minds, who find in this unique setting an inexhaustible source of emotion and inspiration.
Monteverdi Tuscany is an exclusive residence located in the heart of the Val d’Orcia, a region of incomparable beauty recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Founded in 2012 by Michael L. Cioffi, Monteverdi was conceived as a meeting place for curious and creative spirits eager to be inspired by the sublime beauty of the Tuscan landscape: rolling green hills, golden expanses dotted with hay bales, centuries-old olive groves, vineyards, and colorful fields of poppies, sunflowers, and wildflowers.
In 2023, Monteverdi expanded its offering with new rooms and suites, a conference center, and an innovative Spa & Wellness Center, enriching its wellness program with exclusive and personalized services. These include beauty and preventive treatments, regenerative therapies, intravenous treatments, cryotherapy, and many other options.
The complex is home to two refined restaurants: Zita, an authentic Tuscan osteria that masterfully reinterprets culinary tradition, and Oreade, a gourmet restaurant that creatively reworks the regional gastronomic heritage, which will open this spring. The property is completed by a Culinary Academy, an art gallery, and a restored Romanesque church, witness to seven centuries of history, now transformed into a lively cultural and artistic center. Monteverdi’s mission is to offer every guest an extraordinary experience: a total and authentic immersion in the Tuscan dolce vita.
For the new season, Monteverdi has launched an exclusive concert program, hosted in its recently restored Romanesque church, which has been transformed into an extraordinary space dedicated to the performing arts. This architectural gem, enriched by acoustics designed to enhance every nuance of sound, creates a deep connection between artist and audience, offering a musical experience of rare intensity and purity.
Concert Series 2025 is a journey through exceptional performances, special encounters with internationally renowned artists, and the timeless beauty of Tuscany. The program, produced in collaboration with Stagedoor and the Lindemann Artists Program, and made possible thanks to a prestigious partnership with the Metropolitan Opera, celebrates musical excellence with a repertoire that spans genres and eras. From young talents to great masters, each concert will be an immersion in music in its most authentic form, framed by the magical atmosphere of the Monteverdi estate.
