Villa San Michele, A Belmond Hotel, Florence

Riapertura: 28 aprile 2026

After 18 months of careful restoration, one of the most iconic places of the Italian Renaissance reopens its doors: Villa San Michele, a former 15th-century monastery suspended between history and nature on the panoramic hills of Fiesole.

The 39 rooms and suites, masterfully redesigned in the spirit of Tuscan craftsmanship and harmony with the surrounding landscape, will offer an immersive experience combining monastic tranquility and contemporary sophistication.

The gastronomic offering will be led by Executive Chef Alessandro Cozzolino, interpreter of a cuisine that combines memory and innovation, Tuscan roots and Asian influences. A culinary narrative that arises from a dialogue with the seasons, local producers, and his personal creative vision: technique, emotion, and identity intertwine in dishes that celebrate the beauty of the territory.

Caruso, A Belmond Hotel, Amalfi Coast

Overlooking one of the most extraordinary views in the Mediterranean, the Caruso dominates the sea with its famous infinity pool, suspended between sky and water, considered one of the most iconic in the world.

Surrounded by lush gardens, the hotel—an ancient 11th-century residence that belonged to a Roman patrician family—still retains the elegance of its vaulted ceilings and splendid 18th-century frescoes. The 50 rooms and suites, together with the Caruso Suite and the exclusive Villa Margherita, tell a story of historical heritage that dialogues with the highest art of hospitality.

The heart of the gastronomic experience is the Belvedere Restaurant, one of the most charming terraces on the coast, where Executive Chef Armando Aristarco reinterprets regional culinary traditions, preserving their essence and cultural heritage.

Poolside, the Caruso Grill celebrates the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean diet, with ingredients sourced from the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park, in a triumph of freshness and intensity.

With these new collaborations, Allumeuse consolidates its commitment to promoting the excellence of Italian hospitality and gastronomy, continuing to build a path made up of beauty, territory, and vision.
