Classic Trattoria&Cocktails of Tocqueville Street turns 15 and celebrates the milestone Thursday, May 9 with a special evening with musical entertainment and a complimentary appetizer for the first 50 who show up from 8 p.m.

Fifteen years of history, conviviality and Italian cuisine reinterpreted in a contemporary key: starting at 8 p.m., the atmosphere will light up with an aperitif, followed by dinner accompanied by the musical selection of great Italian singer-songwriters, for an evening that will combine taste and fun, a format that has long carried the venue’s signature.
Three meat, fish and vegan options will be offered per menu. At the end of the dinner a dessert will be an opportunity to celebrate the anniversary. The evening is open to all, with reservations recommended at 02/84927861 or via email to info@classico.bio
Classic Trattoria&Cocktails
Born in 2009, Classico Trattoria&Cocktails at 9 Via Tocqueville, along with the location at 6 Via Marcona, represents the heart of the Murray family’s project. A restaurant that over the years has become a reference point for those seeking quality, atmosphere and entertainment in the heart of Milan’s nightlife.

Surrounded by greenery and rich in aesthetic details that recall the Italian textile tradition, Classico offers a unique and welcoming environment where every element-from wallpapers to furniture-tells a story.
Classico’s cuisine expresses its connection to the land and Italian raw materials, offering a modern vision of the trattoria. Among the iconic dishes: the Mondeghili di Bollito, the Risotto Baldo Riserva alla Milanese and the veal cutlet. A “must” of Milanese cuisine that won the title of best veal cutlet in Milan in the first episode of the gastronomic program directed by Joe Bastianich, “Foodish”, aired on Monday, April 7, 2025 on TV8.

On weekends, the venue offers piano bar nights and DJ sets, combining entertainment and dining pleasures in an experience that combines music and food.
The Murray family
Lorenzo and Orlando Murray, together with Viola Simoncelli, have been passionately leading Classico since 2009, after years of experience in catering and event organization. Their project has taken shape thanks in part to the legacy of Expo2015, with a focus on quality, organic and the enhancement of raw materials.
