The live shows of Jovanotti in Rome, scheduled from April 22 to May 2 at the Palasport dell’Eur, were a riot of energy and ovations.
From Fiorello to Carlo Verdone to Nino D’Angelo, many VIPs attended and several others took part in exclusive parties before the concerts: Lorenzo Cherubini is a human aggregator as well as a music prophet.

Few like him, and before him, have been able to translate the needs of a confusing time and address them with the most effective medicine: joy, put into practice in all live performances and dear even to Pope Francis, and music as the glue between past and future.
These were not easy stops for two reasons: on one of the first post-concert nights fans had their cars vandalized by thieves who cleaned out cars parked between Humanity Avenue and Asia Avenue. A bitter end to the evening that did not jeopardize the other dates. The second reason was the sudden death of Pope Bergoglio: news that arrived while Palajova’s team was already in Rome, and 80,000 people expected to have organized trips, from afar.
Canceling the concerts would have caused inconvenience and financial loss, and Jovanotti complied by singing “with more passion than ever before”, as he stated, and also for Francesco, to whom he was very close. The former Lucky Boy is the son of a member of the Gendarmerie Corps of the Vatican City State and grew up in the shadow of Cuppolone.
The show is one of the most anticipated. The multifaceted guy who switched from radio to music and immediately found success, fortune and acclaim is one of the most interesting voices on the Italian scene for years.
During the concerts he re-played some of his most important songs (A Dancing Tribe, To You, Point, Rap Serenade, The Navel of the World) and the latest from the album released last January 31, anticipated by the single Montecristo.
And that’s not all, Jovanottiwill return to Rome from May 25 to 27.: a few free spots to get infected by the energy are left, and it’s still going to be a party!
In short, it was again and again standing ovation!
