In Vipiteno, just a stone’s throw from the medieval old town, the Hotel Engels Park – Cuore Felice stands as a threshold between city and nature. Nestled in a 6,000-square-meter private park, which in winter is covered in snow and silence, the building is designed to create a gentle separation from the urban rhythm, offering protection, tranquility, and visual continuity with the landscape.
The interiors favor warm, natural materials: wood, soft fabrics, and lit fireplaces. The spaces are large and bright, designed to welcome without ostentation. The 41 rooms, characterized by the use of Swiss pine, become true places of architectural rest, where sight and smell participate in the experience.
The structural heart of the hotel is the Cuore Felice SPA, over 1,200 square meters dedicated to wellness, conceived as a sanctuary of light and silence. Seven saunas, heated indoor pools, relaxation areas with views of the snow-covered garden, and aromatic paths transform the space into an environment of total regeneration.

The farmhouse as a form of contemporary luxury
In the heart of the Val Pusteria, among the snow-covered woods of Brunico, an ancient 18th-century farmhouse has been transformed into a luxury accommodation facility that preserves rural heritage and reinterprets it with an essential and refined architectural language.
The Niedermairhof is an example of intelligent restoration: stone, antique wood, steel, and large glass surfaces coexist in balance, creating spaces that tell the story of the past without sacrificing contemporary comfort. The eight suites are intimate micro-architectures, designed to eliminate the superfluous and enhance the relationship with the outside world.
An iconic element of the structure is the Stodl SPA, housed in the old barn: an environment where the historic beams become a narrative structure and the panoramic sauna opens up a view of the snow-covered roofs of Teodone. Completing the experience is the Silo dell’Introspezione, a suspended and secluded space, accessible via a walkway, designed as an architecture of silence and inner listening.

The structure as a wellness ecosystem
At the foot of the Wilder Kaiser, the Bio Hotel Stanglwirt is one of the most complete expressions of structured Alpine hospitality. More than a hotel, it is a true architectural ecosystem, where buildings, spas, swimming pools, and natural spaces interact seamlessly.
The wellness area, which covers more than 12,000 square meters, is designed as an indoor landscape: panoramic pools, salt caves, contrast pools, and relaxation areas alternate in a fluid path that accompanies the body through different temperatures, materials, and sensations. The contrast between hot and cold becomes the constructive principle of the experience.
The spa integrates traditional treatments and medical wellness protocols, while the entire structure maintains a strong consistency with the principles of sustainability and bio-architecture. The Stanglwirt demonstrates how luxury can also be complex infrastructure without losing its soul or silence.
Hotel Hubertus – South Tyrol
Design that defies gravity
In Valdaora, the Hotel Hubertus stands out as a manifesto of contemporary architecture at high altitude. Here, the dialogue between structure and landscape reaches its maximum expression in the Sky Spa “Heaven & Hell”, an architectural work suspended between heaven and earth.
The project is developed on two distinct levels, dedicated respectively to relaxation and experiences of intense heat. But the iconic centerpiece is the Sky Pool: a 25-meter-long swimming pool, suspended twelve meters above the ground, with glass walls and bottom. Swimming becomes an architectural experience, a gesture that connects the body, the void, and the horizon.
The wellness area, covering 7,000 square meters, includes nine swimming pools and eight saunas, designed to ensure privacy and silence even in the largest spaces. Located at an altitude of 1,250 meters, the Hubertus combines design, engineering, and nature, transforming wellness into a structural as well as a sensory experience.
