A new alcohol-free proposal from the Abruzzo winery that interweaves wine and art : Zaccagnini expands line Tralcetto with a novelty: TralcettoVino Spumante Dealcolato, the winery’s first signature no-alcohol sparkling wine. Previewed at Vinitaly 2025, the new product was created to respond to the evolution of consumption, offering a contemporary, inclusive and conscious alternative.
After the success of Tralcetto Vino Dealcolato Bianco and Tralcetto Vino Dealcolato Rosso, launched in 2024, the line is enriched with an alcohol-free bubbly. A natural step for a company that, now part of the Argea Group, continues to stand out for its innovative spirit and ability to combine territorial roots and cutting-edge technology. The new dealcolated sparkling wine from the Zaccagnini winery is produced from a careful selection of white grapes, vinified and then subjected to a vacuum dealcolation process. The two-stage method preserves the most volatile aromas and returns them intact to the wine. The result is a no-alcohol bubble, capable of preserving the organoleptic profile of the starting wine.
