The timeless charm of Negroni meets a new idea of elegance. Giacosa 1815 announces the launch of the Giacosa Negroni bottle, the creation of the new Amaro al Negroni, and a sophisticated line of “Giacosa Style” merchandise, designed to take the experience of the famous Florentine bar beyond the glass.
The new Giacosa offerings: drinks & lifestyle
With Giacosa Negroni, the historic Florentine bar reinterprets Italy’s most iconic cocktail in a contemporary key: a bold Negroni, centered on bitter, elegant and with a more bitter nuance, designed for those seeking authenticity, balance, and personality.
The new Amaro al Negroni, on the other hand, is a caress with a floral and spicy character: a fresh and refined liqueur, ideal to enjoy neat or in creative mixology. A new signature taste born from the encounter between tradition and innovation.
“Giacosa Style” Merchandising
The Giacosa style becomes an object. An exclusive line of brass accessories has been created — brooches and tie clips with the Giacosa 1815 monogram — accompanied by leather coasters in refined shades of petrol blue and pink, available individually or in sets of six.
A tribute to the attention to detail and understated elegance that have always distinguished the brand.
International recognition from The Pinnacle Guide
To seal this new chapter, Giacosa 1815 has been awarded 1 PIN by The Pinnacle Guide, the prestigious award that celebrates the best bars in the world.
“It is confirmation that our commitment, both inside and outside the bar, is also recognized internationally. A starting point to continue to grow and aim for even higher goals,” comments Luca Manni, F&B Manager of Giacosa 1815 and the Valenza Group.
About Giacosa 1815
Since 2019, the Valenza Group, already responsible for the rebirth of two Florentine legends — Caffè Gilli (1733) and Caffè Paszkowski (1903) — has chosen to breathe new life into Giacosa 1815, one of Italy’s most iconic venues.
Under the guidance of Marco Valenza, the project took shape thanks to the vision of architects Paolo Becagli and Alessandro Interlando, who redesigned the space adjacent to the legendary Casoni, where the Negroni was born over a century ago.
The goal: to create a place that would combine the memory of the city with contemporary taste, inspired by vintage photographs but speaking the language of the present.
Today, Giacosa 1815 is more than a bar: it is a destination for mixology lovers, a temple of Negroni and Italian hospitality.
Not just a tribute to the past, but a promise of authenticity, quality, and innovation in the heart of Florence.
