Two hearts, one project: interview with Beatrice and Ludovica, the twins who turn bonding into style. There is something deeply authentic about the way Beatrice and Ludovica De Fazio talk about each other. Not just sisters, but twins, allies, accomplices. A relationship made up of intuited gestures, shared glances and a harmony that seems to defy time. From their inseparable childhood an idea was born that is much more than a project: it is a bridge between two lives that today travel on different roads, but remain united by a common aesthetic and a shared passion. Fashion, filtered through the timeless charm of the Art Nouveau style: Maison Olimpia.
Daughters of the Brand Ambassador Silvia Berri, eclectic and visionary manager, who proudly follows and advises them, in this interview tell us how it all began, what it means for them to work together, and how a love of beauty can become a way to cultivate a bond that has never known distance. And one that continues over time.
The choice of fabrics and materials, in a game of sartorial style, is mixed with the love and tenderness of creating something truly unique and strictly Made in Italy, and Maison Olimpia becomes a name that tells stories of family, of warmth, of joie de vivre.
A two-voice interview, as if to sound like a game, a wanting to express oneself without any parachute. And, to be fair, a great love story definitely came out of it….
Ludovica:

- What does Maison Olimpia mean to you?
“Maison Olimpia for me is home, love, passion and memory. It is a project that comes from the heart of our family, a dream that our mother started when we were little girls and that today I have the privilege of carrying on together with my sister. It is a way to cherish and share the most beautiful memories, turning them into something tangible, made of fabrics, shapes and colors that speak of us”
- What is the plan you have for the future of your brand?
“We have many ideas and surprises in mind for the future. We will certainly continue to keep the Liberty fabric as the main thread of our collections, but we also want to experiment, propose new models and introduce brand new products. Our intention is to grow while remaining faithful to our identity, but with an eye always open to change.”
- Art Nouveau fabric: a common thread linking the past to the present. Thinking of adding new styles?
“Liberty for me is not just a fabric, but a true symbol: it encapsulates a timeless aesthetic and an idea of freedom that I feel is deeply my own. It is the heart of our brand and represents an unbreakable bond with our family history. That is why, at the moment, we have no plans to abandon it: we want to continue exploring and enhancing it in all its nuances, renewing it through ever new models and shapes.”
- What do you do in life and how does fashion affect your life?
“I am currently studying economics, but fashion has always played an important role in my life. It is a medium through which I can express my creativity, my memories, my identity. The Maison Olimpia brand allows me to combine my education with a great passion, shaping something authentic and deeply personal.”
- The best memory you have together with your mom?
“One of the fondest memories I retain are the trips we took as children together with our mom. They were moments of discovery, sharing and wonder: we went in search of new cultures, colors, flavors. Those trips have become part of our emotional and aesthetic baggage, and they still inspire our work today.”
Beatrice:

- What does Maison Olimpia mean to you?
“Maison Olimpia represents for us the passion for fashion that was passed down to us from our mother. It is a thought of freedom, which today more than ever we feel the need to express: freedom to be, to think, to feel free at all times. It is our creative space, where fashion and identity meet.”
- What is the plan you have for the future of your brand?
“Iur goal isto continue with the line of shirts, keeping the 100% cotton Liberty fabric as a distinctive element, but continuously renewing the patterns to enhance the uniqueness of each woman. In the future, we want to expand the collection by also introducing pants, skirts, vests and dresses, always respecting our style and vision.”
- Art Nouveau fabric: a common thread linking the past to the present. Thinking of adding new styles?
“No, the Liberty is the heart of Maison Olimpia. It is what sets us apart and represents us. We deeply love this fabric and want it to continue to be the hallmark of our brand, a bridge between the past and the present that tells our story.”
- What do you do in life and how does fashion influence your daily life?
“I have a very specific goal in life: to join the police force as a commissioner. I recently graduated in law at the State University of Milan. Maison Olimpia was born as a hobby, a passion that brings color into my daily life. I think the real balance lies in being able to bring together seemingly distant worlds like fashion and dedication to study and career. It is a beautiful challenge, and deeply stimulating.”
- The best memory you have together with your mother?
“Definitely the trips. When we were little, we would leave just the three of us for London and walk for miles experiencing the city in every corner. All our trips around the world are among the best memories: moments of discovery, sharing and pure affection.”
And let Maison Olimpia be!
